We were picked up and dropped off at the airport no worries, the van was superclean, the takeover was quick and efficient, the rates were good, the van only used between 9.7 to 10.9 litres fuel / 100 km (which is a whopping 30 % less than your website claimed it would use) an indication that the van was serviced well. Just one thing i found annoying - the cupboards vibrated a lot during travel and it wouldn't stop even though we stuffed a blanket between window and cupboard and wrapped all utensils (plates, cups, cuttlery etc. ) in towels. i am not a experienced camper so i don't know if this problem is solvable-anyway i thought you might want to know.
